Public Offer for Information and Consulting Services

1.1. This document is an official offer from Akhtam Ilgizovich Yalyshev, taxpayer identification number (INN) 240788162034, a self-employed taxpayer under the Russian Professional Income Tax regime, hereinafter referred to as the 'Performer', to conclude an agreement for the provision of information and consulting services on the terms set out below.

1.2. The offer is addressed to capable individuals purchasing services for purposes not related to entrepreneurial activity, unless otherwise expressly provided by the description of a specific service or a separate agreement between the parties.

1.3. Corporate projects, services for legal entities, digital product implementation, HR Space pilots, PlanIt Controls and other projects for which the parties conclude a separate agreement are not governed by this Offer unless expressly otherwise stated.

1.4. The terms of a specific service, including content, format, cost, deadlines, duration of access and other material terms, are determined by the information on the relevant page of the site, the order or payment page, and the conditions agreed with the Customer.

1.5. Acceptance of the Offer is payment of the selected service in full or in the agreed portion, if a different method of acceptance is not expressly specified when placing the order.

1.6. By accepting the Offer, the Customer confirms that before payment they had the opportunity to review this Offer and the terms of the selected service.

2.1. The Performer undertakes to provide the Customer with the information and/or consulting services selected by them, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for the services on the terms of this Offer and the description of the specific service.

2.2. Depending on the selected product, the services may include access to informational and methodological materials, videos, presentations, assignments, consultations, analysis of practical issues, support and other elements specified directly in the description of the relevant service.

2.3. Services are usually provided remotely using the Internet and third-party technical platforms.

2.4. If special terms are provided for a particular service, published or agreed with the Customer before payment, such special terms apply to the relevant service to the extent that they do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.1. The start date of the service, order of access, schedule and duration are determined by the description of the specific service, the order page or by information provided to the Customer before payment.

3.2. The Customer is obliged to provide accurate contact details necessary for access and communication regarding the provision of services.

3.3. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the equipment, software and Internet access required for the use of remote materials and services.

3.4. The Customer is obliged to comply with the rules of use of the relevant educational or technical platform.

4.1. The price of a specific service is stated on the site, order or payment page or communicated to the Customer before acceptance of the Offer.

4.2. Payment is made in non-cash form through the available payment methods on the relevant page.

4.3. If the Performer provides the possibility of installment or other payment arrangements, the relevant terms are communicated to the Customer before payment.

4.4. The Customer's payment obligation is considered fulfilled after confirmation of the payment by the relevant payment service.

5.1. The Customer may withdraw from the contract in the cases and manner provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.2. For consumers, the right to withdraw from a contract for the provision of services applies at any time, subject to payment to the Performer of the actual expenses incurred in connection with the performance of obligations under the contract.

5.3. The amount to be refunded is determined taking into account the part of the service actually rendered at the time of withdrawal, the actual expenses incurred by the Performer and other circumstances within the limits permitted by applicable law.

5.4. The mere fact of providing technical access to materials does not establish an absolute prohibition on refund.

5.6. Refunds are processed in the manner and within the time limits established by applicable law and the rules of the payment service used.

6.1. Materials provided as part of the services, including texts, videos, presentations, methodological materials, templates and other results of intellectual activity, are intended for the Customer's personal use unless otherwise expressly agreed by the parties.

6.2. The Customer may not, without prior consent of the copyright holder, distribute, sell, publish, transfer to third parties or otherwise use the materials for commercial purposes beyond the rights granted.

6.3. Granting access to materials does not mean transferring exclusive rights to them.

7.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the terms of the contract.

7.2. The Performer is not liable for the impossibility of using the service due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Performer, including malfunctions of the Customer's equipment, lack of Internet access or third-party service failures, except where otherwise provided by law.

7.3. Information and consulting services are not a guarantee of employment, a specific income level, career outcome, commercial result or other result dependent on the actions of the Customer and third parties, unless such a guarantee is expressly established by a separate written agreement.

8.1. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published at: https://planit-group.pro/privacy

8.2. Where processing of personal data requires the Customer's consent, such consent is obtained separately in accordance with applicable law.

9.1. The relations of the parties are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.2. The parties will seek to resolve any disputes through negotiations and exchange of requests.

9.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved voluntarily, it is resolved in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.4. The provisions of this Offer may not be interpreted as limiting the consumer rights granted to the consumer by the imperative norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10.1. The Performer may publish a new version of the Offer on the website.

10.2. The version of the Offer in force at the time of its acceptance applies to the contract, unless the parties have agreed otherwise and unless otherwise follows from the legislation of the Russian Federation.
