Privacy Policy for PlanIt Website Users

1.1. This Privacy Policy governs the processing and protection of personal data of users of the PlanIt website at https://planit-group.pro and related public PlanIt services.

1.3. This Policy applies to personal data that the Operator receives when the site is used, when the contact form is used, when PlanIt AI is used, and when a user contacts the Operator by email or transitions to related services for the purpose of purchasing or receiving services.

1.4. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.

2.3. When purchasing information and consulting services through an external payment or educational platform, data necessary for order placement, payment, access provision and contract performance may be processed. Bank card details are not requested or stored directly by PlanIt.

Users should not provide such information, as well as confidential information about third parties, in PlanIt AI messages or in the contact form unless necessary and legally justified.

6.1. For PlanIt AI to work, request texts and the necessary dialogue context are transmitted through the server side of the site to Yandex AI Studio, provided through the Yandex Cloud infrastructure, solely to the extent necessary to generate a response.

To deliver messages submitted through the website contact form, the necessary contact data may be processed through Yandex Cloud Postbox as the email-delivery infrastructure, to the extent necessary for sending, routing and receiving inquiries. The site does not create its own permanent database of contact submissions.

6.3. When a user switches to an external educational or payment platform, including GetCourse, data processing on the relevant platform is carried out in accordance with that platform's own documents. The Operator may receive and process information necessary to fulfill the paid order and provide the relevant service.

6.4. The Operator may engage technical infrastructure and communication service providers to the extent necessary for the functioning of the site and for handling inquiries, while complying with applicable personal-data legislation requirements.

7.1. The PlanIt AI dialogue history in the current implementation is stored in browser state within the current use of the interface and is not recorded by the site in a separate permanent chat-history database.

7.2. To receive a response, the limited dialogue context is transmitted to the PlanIt server API and then to Yandex AI Studio.

7.3. Users should not transmit passport details, payment details, health information, biometric data, trade secrets, passwords or other restricted-access information through PlanIt AI.

8.1. Personal data is processed no longer than required by the processing purposes, unless a different storage period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation or by contract.

Once the processing purpose has been achieved, the relevant legal basis has ceased to apply, or a proper request from the personal data subject has been received, processing is terminated and the data are deleted or destroyed unless further storage is required by law or another applicable legal basis.

9.1. The personal data subject is entitled to receive the information required by law about the processing of their personal data.

9.2. The subject may request correction, blocking or deletion of personal data if the data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, obtained unlawfully or are not necessary for the declared purpose of processing.

9.4. Withdrawal of consent does not prevent continued processing if the Operator has another lawful basis for such processing.

10.1. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, disclosure and other unlawful actions.

10.2. When collecting personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation, the Operator ensures compliance with applicable Russian Federation requirements for the use of databases within the territory of the Russian Federation.

11.1. The public PlanIt website uses Yandex Metrica for traffic and conversion analytics. The service is loaded only after the user explicitly grants analytics consent.

11.2. Before analytics consent is granted, PlanIt does not load Yandex Metrica, does not send Yandex hits and does not call conversion goals on the Metrica side.

11.3. For the technical operation of the site and its infrastructure, technical network-request data may be processed, including information about visited pages, referral/source information, browser and device technical information and completion of predefined conversion goals.

11.4. Yandex Metrica may use cookies and/or local browser identifiers for analytics. Webvisor, form analytics, click-map collection, ecommerce tracking and session replay are disabled.

11.5. PlanIt does not transmit contact-form contents, names, email addresses, company names, PlanIt AI message text or other user-entered content as Metrica goal parameters.

11.6. Users may choose 'necessary only' and can reopen analytics preferences from the site footer. When 'necessary only' is selected, Metrica is not loaded or tracked.

11.7. If other technologies that alter the composition or purposes of data processing are later connected, this Policy and, if necessary, the mechanism for obtaining user consent must be updated before such processing begins.

12.1. The Operator may update this Policy when legislation, site functionality or data-processing processes change.
