Personal Data Processing Consent

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Consent is provided by the user of the website https://planit-group.pro to the personal data operator — Akhtam Ilgizovich Yalyshev, taxpayer identification number (INN) 240788162034, a self-employed taxpayer under the Russian Professional Income Tax regime, email: info@planit-group.pro.
1.2. By ticking the separate consent checkbox in the PlanIt contact form and sending a message, the user freely, of their own will and in their own interest, gives the Operator specific, targeted, informed, voluntary and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data on the terms set out in this document.
2. List of Personal Data
2.1. Consent applies to the following data:

- — email address;
- — company name, if provided;
- — selected topic of inquiry;
- — message text;
- — other personal data that the user voluntarily included in the inquiry.
3. Purposes of Processing
3.1. The data are processed for:
- — review of the user's inquiry;
- — feedback and preparation of a response;
- — preparation of a proposal in response to the user's request;
- — performance of actions at the user's initiative before concluding a contract;
- — subsequent conclusion and performance of a contract if the parties reach one.
4. Actions with Personal Data
4.1. The Operator may carry out collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to persons to whom processing is entrusted in accordance with the law, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
4.2. Processing may be carried out using automated tools and without them.
4.3. The Operator does not consent to the disclosure of personal data to an indefinite circle of persons. Such disclosure is not permitted within the scope of this Consent.
5. Validity Period and Withdrawal of Consent
5.1. Consent remains valid until the stated processing purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the personal data subject, if the Operator does not have another lawful basis for continuing processing.
5.2. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to: info@planit-group.pro
5.3. After receiving a withdrawal, the Operator will terminate processing of the data based on this Consent in the manner and within the time limits prescribed by applicable law. If there is an independent lawful basis, processing of certain data may continue to the extent necessary to comply with the law or contract.
